I would not recommend SiteBuilder.com. It was— alongside WebsiteBuilder.com and Sitely— acquired by Endurance International Group (EIG) in 2018. EIG has a poor reputation for buying web hosts, reducing staff and squeezing profits. (EIG: A Web of Deceit is an in-depth analysis.)
Even before the EIG acquisition, I've been highly critical of SiteBuilder.com. I called them cartoon super-villians for their poor billing practices. And while the cancellation policy has been improved, some problems still persist: for example they still add items into users shopping carts without their consent— shady!
Billing practices aside, the website builder itself is decent— though often there is just too much going on and the interface gets overwhelming. (Again, read my review of WebsiteBuilder.com for a more in-depth look into this.)
