Example: SEO, domains, themes Why are reviews anonymous?
Would i recommend it? Not whole heartedly. The only reason i chose them over Shopify, WooCommerce etc is that they offered chilean payment gateways and shipping integration out of the box. The ecommerce basics of handling stock and clients are pretty good. The off-the-shelf templates are look good in the example but not so much with my product mix. But things start getting messy when you want to integrate digital marketing, a blog etc.
To build a website it’s actually pretty good and it has a lot of features and stuff. Our website it’s an online shop and the only bad thing is that the synchronization with the selling system (Bsale, it’s a local system, we are from Chile) fails a lot. But that might be Bsale’s fault haha. So if it is just for website building i fully recommend it!
the reason we chose JS is because it's the only one I could find with the chilean webpay service already integrated. I think for ventures in the USA or Europe it works if it comes with Paypal, but here most people don't use it because of currency limitations.
all that said, it has worked fine for us, it's easy to use if you dont need to change the codes, wich we did (and found it a little messy). the templates are basics and not so fresh as we would like it to be, but we are small and Jumpseller offers a very good quality / price relation (considering the webpay integration) plus quick costumer servise.
I would definitely recommend it. This is the first website I have done so I do not have anything else to compare, but I would say that has most the things that I would want in an eCommerce store. Especially worthy is the chance to upload the information through CSV files. The only thing that I think is missing from the native version of the platform is the Pick Up in Store" option for delivery and that you can't define different prices for the products according to types of payment (for ex: One price for paying with credit card and another if you pay with a wire transfer. In chile, the wire transfers are free, but the credit card charges the commerce a fee for each transaction, so is better for us to promote the wire transfer)
Their platform is super nice, tidy and fast. Is a breeze to work with. If you have any doubt or question or problem their only contact is by mail only, but they answer you in a matter of minutes, i repeat, in a matter of minutes. They are blazing fast, performing everything you need: Bugs, Configs, etc etc.
Only way to be happier with their service is if they lowered the price. Nothing much more to complain.
In the general, the team are good especially the developers (always ready to help), the program has some features that are nice and well done.
BUT, others features need an urgent upgrade and the software also need new features, but in this particular case the Jumpseller team takes too long to understand the real needs that the program has
And so with this kind of vision they will not be able to put this software on he same level as others
In conclusion for those who need a simple store without great expectations, the program may be appropriate.
I think that jumpseller is very interesting, and this facilitates an easy and quick way to work in your own website without to have many knowledges.
My idea is follow working with Jumpseller. I recommend it without a doubts.
I would recommend it. I do not have more experience with other platforms, but I'm happy with what Jumpseller delivers. It is intuitive and usually is incorporating new applications that one can add to your page.
I would. It’s super easy and friendly to use and is a good option for countries as Chile because of the payment method.
In my opinion (and some eCommerce Managers too), Jumpseller it's a good alternative for an user that doesn't know anything about HTML and CSS It has a friendly interface and the support team is really helpful BTW, the price is alright too
I think it's better to have a web designer that can handle with HTML and have a real web domain, but Jumpseller it's a really nice alternative
would recommend jumpseller, it is very easy to use.
The main problem I had was with the guys that designed my web page. Not jumpseller, actually if you have any questions about your webpage they help you right away.
And the statistics of the sales are easy to read and usefull.
So, as I user I would recommend it, as a website builder I have no idea.
we recommend it. Nice platform, still a lot of things to improve, however wit a good designer you can do a lot.
i started working with Jumpseller and we are really pleased with the service. The customer service its super good, i mean, i send an email and in the same day i have response, not like other e-commerce services i know. The answer all types of questions and the platform is easy to use.
I think it serves its purpose as in it is easy to use and functional but it doesnt leave much room for design and to make the website “pretty” or Customize it but its very easy to use ! So I would recommend it for begginers
Jumpseller is an hybrid e-commerce, with 50% e-commerce engine and 50% WordPress. Sometime becomes difficult to understand, where to create site structure, contents or products, but it finally works.
It has a scaled pricing model depending on features, and there is a cheap one that works great.
The reason why this is my chosen is that in Chile, we have a particular conditions for credit card payments. As there is an administrator entity for the credits cards (Transbank) and ir order to make it secure, all transactions are validated through their portal with the credit card issuer bank and thus you will always need to have a developement and certification. In Jumpsellers case, we only need to do the contract and certifications, as Jumpseller's e-commerce is already integrated with Transbank payment services.
There are also some nice plugins (analytics, mail chimp, etc,), but most valuable ones are again the local ones for delivery and fulfillment.
I would recommend eyes closed.
i would and also i wouldn’t recommend it. It works ok it gots some good shopping cart and paying methods integration but the page layout its oldschool and the templates are not completelly customizable and have some bugs functionally wise.
Its ok overall but navigation and funtions could be really being improved. And im still evaluating other options.
Jumpseller is a good option to create a web business quickly. I would recommend it for those companies that do not have a big budget to create a more personalized website. Solve basic needs, but it remains a short in terms of customization. Without prejudice to previous, have recently implemented several improvements and options for compatibility with external tools, for example, google, olark, between others.
We are based in Chile, so the focus was on the platform that has the best connectivity with local services. Jumpseller has an integrated safe debit/credit card payment system which speed up the lunching process for us. In Chile the process of setting up card payments for new businesses is very long and bureaucratic. Jumpseller has an agreement with the local payment service provider, so the set up was easy and the paper work limited to the absolute minimum. They also have a dedicated person that we can contact in case any doubts or troubles with a particular transaction.
Other important feature was an integration with the local courier. The platform is connected to the courier price list and quots the postage fee automatically after the customer puts in their address. There is no need to input the prices manually at the set up, but its possible if you want to.
The interface of Jumpseller is very easy to use and friendly to people at all ages. We had looked at Prestashop but it was far to complicated for the average user. Of course, this comes with the drawback of having less flexibility when it comes to the template design but there is an option of code editing and many plugg-ins availabe. Also the customer support is very good and they constantly develop new connections to the services and other platforms.
we would recomend jumpseller. There are some points that they need to improve but they keep doing their best. If we have any problem and need to contact them, normaly they respond really fast and solve the problem, and if the client suggest some changes in the plataform, they really considered it.
Before jumpseller, I used to use Wix. Jumpseller is way better.
At the moment I only use it as a catalogue but used as my online shop and worked very smoothly. Good support and guidance, perfect order follow with stock update and payment gateways with step by step setup guide.
I do use jumpseller, for a year and a half now. First it was very simple and now they are great. I don't think there's anything you cannot do there at the moment and the service they provide is very good, including customer service. Very intuitive, you can syncronize every thing and they help you every time you need.
We have had a good experience with Jumpseller. Really self managed and good support. Good integration with financial services like payment method and shipping services. I think its good option for begginers.
we would recommend it; its a very easy way to manage our sales! Besides, the site does not require to be a computer expert or a programmer to build the website.
I am not using the website yet. I just start my operation and the plan is to do some adjustments in my website before I really start to use it.
But until know The support of Jumpseller team is great and There is no situation whit my website or my e-mal that they do not have helped me.
Our experience with Jumpseller is good. Very quick and good helpdesk service, server never down in 3 years. Regarding to their webpages structure, its ideal for e-commerce, where you have different payment methods, etc.
We also looked at www.myshopify.com , maybe it looks more complete, but its more expensive, don’t know about the support. For our country , not enough payment methods, maybe it’ll change in the future.
We like it actually and could recommend it. Positive aspects: It has integrated the chilean payment method (transbank: redcompra, onepay, etc). The customer service is great and fast. Nice templates Easy to customise colors, fonts, pictures (pictures can be edit on site)
Negative aspects: Customer support only available through email No mobile app to manage from there our shop Like many other platforms, customise the pages is not nice. When you add a text and add pictures, it always looks different from the editor . It is not possible to add carrousel banners (only on Home page). It is not possible to add extra text or any announcement on the banner. Limited apps to add.
We used in the beginning WIx, loved the layout because you can customised it as you wish, but the tax couldn’t be added, so we added ECWID, which was great, support was great, had mobile app, but didn’t offer the chilean payment methods and credit cards we had through 2checkout (was a pain to send the money to our bank in Chile). So one day we found jumseller which offers the payment methods used in Chile and decided to open the shop there.
I recommend jumpseller, thy was a great e-commerce service, stable, fast, economic, friendly client and Technical service.
Yes recommend it, easy to use, multiples payment options, fast support, and is not expensive
it is an excellent service I recommend 100%
I highly recommend Jumpseller. It´s the best easy-to-use store out there. It works perfectly for me.
I recomend it. *It is very easy to use.*
we have been very good jumpseller ... we are happy with the service
i recommend it. Everything is working fine and i have a good assistance services, so i'm happy with them.
Yeah, JS is awesome.
Our company has been using it for more than 4 years and it is very reliable. It has everything you need to make your website very good.
We are very pleased with jumpseller
I recommend you jumpseller is very easy to use and has many tools to update your page.
I've used a few and I really like using Jumpseller. It's affordable and easy to use. I'd recommend it.
I'm working with Jumpseller for a few months and I'm happy with it. It's a really easy platform and works very well.
we would recommend it.
It's functional, occasionally has minor bugs, but you're pretty limited when it comes to creative design.
for me works ok it would be good to compare with others, I think depend what kind of apps they works
