Our wedding website examples collection showcases websites that nail the basics, i.e., displaying the date, venue, schedule, RSVP, registry, the couple’s story, and photos, all with a nice website design. This collection is of destination wedding websites.
A destination wedding site does everything a regular wedding site does, plus more. It needs to guide guests through booking flights, finding places to stay, and exploring a location they’ve likely never been to. Moreover, it should be clear, mobile-friendly, and well-structured, such that it’s not overwhelming.
Here are some nice destination wedding website examples. They don’t just look good, they make the guest experience smoother from the moment the invitation lands.
Tip: Use ← and → arrow keys to browse.
Jen and Ford got married in Mérida, Mexico. Their website used to look like above when we featured it in our wedding website examples collection, but they have removed the Travel, Schedule, and Mérida pages for obvious reasons, and it looks like this now:
Still, it’s a solid example for design inspiration.
This wedding website design has a vibrant, bold color scheme with a red background, yellow accents, and playful wavy lines. The design has a fun, celebratory tone with a striking “We’re Getting Married!” headline, playful font choices, and a black-and-white photo of the couple.
They are having a destination wedding, and so they use an apologetic tone whenever they mention it. You can see it right below the hero section, alongside a video of Larry David discussing why he’d never visit a destination wedding.
The humorous video and conversational tone make it inviting, while the minimalist layout ensures easy access to content such as schedule details. This is a perfect example for couples seeking a bold, modern, and fun vibe for their destination wedding site.
This Lake Garda destination wedding website blends timeless design with practical planning. The navy blue and gold color palette gives the site a refined, classic feel, while the elegant serif fonts add a romantic, European touch.
The whole aesthetic is consistent across all the informational and personal pages:
In short, every page feels cohesive and easy to navigate, making it a joy for guests to explore and plan their trip.
Jeiun and David’s destination wedding website is very much like the first one in the list. Just, it has a calming vibe compared to the bold and vibrant vibe of Jen and Ford’s site.
Daniel and Jessie Antonio are yet to complete their wedding website, but it’s in Antigua, Guatemala.
They write on the website, “You can now find everything you need to plan your trip to our wedding in Antigua, Guatemala—from hotel and airport shuttle info to a curated guide of local sights, food, and cultural experiences.” They have well-designed Travel & Accommodations and Explore Antigua pages for it with relevant details, photos, and videos.
They also add about the missing info: “Check back in September for more details on the wedding weekend schedule.”
